Warranty and Returns

Warranties: Cyson Technology Group LLC provides warranties for all cabling solutions. The warranty period of the system is for the duration of time set forth by the manufacturer, from the date of purchase. Cyson Technology Group LLC offers additional years of covered warranty that can be purchased. The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Returns/Repairs: Cyson Technology Group LLC will correct the cabling problem should any cable or connector portion of your network installed, added, moved or changed by a Cyson Technology Group LLC cabling technician malfunction free of charge for up to one year.
